Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

1. Introduction
Shiron FS is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and with integrity. We fully support the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are dedicated to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation in our operations and supply chains.
2. Our commitment
We will:
Act with zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking.
Ensure that our supply chains and business practices are free from exploitation.
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Promote awareness of modern slavery across our business and partnerships.
3. Risk management and due diligence
We assess potential risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chains by:
Reviewing suppliers, contractors, and partners to ensure ethical standards are maintained.
Including modern slavery compliance as part of our supplier engagement process.
Taking action where there is evidence or suspicion of non-compliance.
4. Training and awareness
We will provide staff and management with guidance to:
Recognise signs of modern slavery.
Understand how to report concerns.
Ensure that our values of transparency and ethical practice are upheld.
5. Reporting concerns
Employees, contractors, and third parties are encouraged to raise concerns if they suspect any form of modern slavery within our business or supply chain. Concerns can be reported confidentially to management. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly.
6. Responsibility
The Managing Partner is responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented, reviewed, and updated annually.
7. Approval
This statement is made in accordance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Modern Slavery Policy for Shiron FS.
