    Managing Partner

    Charles brings over 23 years of experience across the NHS, local government, and central government. He began his career in NHS hospital settings before moving into commissioning roles, later contributing to national programmes at the Department of Health and Social Care, including Test and Trace. Charles has held senior leadership positions such as Director of Finance and has led on complex turnaround and transformation initiatives. His deep operational insight and strategic leadership make him a trusted advisor across health and care systems

  • Mansoor Zaman

    Programme Director, MEA

    Mansoor brings over 35 years of experience in senior finance and technical roles across banking and the NHS. Within the NHS, he has specialised in highly technical financial accounting, holding key roles including Associate Director of Finance. Over the past eight years, Mansoor has developed and continuously refined the MEA model, introducing innovative approaches to drive efficiency and value for NHS trusts. His expertise spans complex technical accounting, modelling, and strategic financial planning.

  • Helen Dudney

    Head of Operations

    Helen brings over 20 years of experience in executive support and project management, working closely with senior leaders to deliver complex campaigns, high-profile events, and talent engagements. Known for her adaptability and initiative, she has successfully managed PMO functions across multiple workstreams, including project governance, reporting, stakeholder communications, and coordination of cross-functional activities. Helen combines exceptional organisational, communication, and strategic skills to provide high-level support and manage day to day office operations.

  • Alan Kaye

    Clinical and Operational Specialist

    Alan is a State Registered Radiographer who has worked in the NHS for 40 years. He trained and worked in Yorkshire before moving to London for roles at Westminster and then Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals. After managing the Imaging Service Alan progressed into General Management with responsibility at various times for Therapies, Diagnostics and Clinical Support services. He left the Chelsea and Westminster in 2019 before setting up the Imaging Service at The London Nightingale Hospital during the covid crisis. Alan has worked with a number of Independent Sector Diagnostic units in recent years

  • Dinesh Ransinghe

    Financial Modelling Specialist

    Dinesh is a highly accomplished professional with FCMA and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications, complemented by a Masters Degree in Commercial Law. He brings over 15 years of extensive experience, specialising in the development and appraisal of investment cases and strategic development projects.

    His expertise includes complex financial modelling, notably Long-Term Financial Models. Dinesh is proficient in the development of business cases, alongside the scutiny and developement of robust financial models.

  • Neil Rayner

    Senior Consultant

    Former Chartered Surveyor with Wide experience within the Valuation Office Agency, part of HMRC.  Retired in April 2024 with 36 years of experience in NHS Asset Valuations and the application of MEA models, including the management and reporting of Valuations for NHS Trusts in the Midlands and NHS bodies with a nation-wide Estate
